As part of our continued success we are inviting interest from experienced Land Surveyors to join our Witham Office.
You will use Leica instrumentation and 3D laser scanners, experience of these tools would be an advantage. With a keen eye for detail, you will be drafting high quality and highly accurate 2D plans, elevations and sections from 3D point cloud data captured by our state-of-the-art laser scanners.
Any experience working within a 3D CAD environment would be a significant advantage, and longer-term training will be given in Revit to support our clients’ Building Information Modelling projects. With ever-changing developments in the software and hardware we use, you need to be adaptable, driven and motivated to learn.
The role will involve site work and occasionally working from home so ideally the suitable candidate will be based within the Essex, Dartford area to enable you to travel to sites as well as the office as required.

Experience
Essential:
- Knowledge and Experience in land surveying, setting out, measured floor plans and boundary surveys.
- Experience in AutoCAD 2015 onwards.
- Attention to detail
- A positive attitude and good communication skills
- Full UK Driving license
Desirable:
- Experience working with point clouds
- 3D modelling / Autodesk Revit experience
