Damian Bates, Texo DSI (UKCS) non-exec director and David Williams, Principal Operations Officer, Texo DSI were delighted to be welcomed into the Houses of Parliament today by Andrew Bowie MP, Member of Parliament for West Aberdeenshire and Kincardine. Andrew is also the Parliamentary Private Secretary (PPS) to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport.
In-depth discussions included the important need for developments in Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) operations, and the resultant benefits to UK plc. Damian and David outlined to Andrew how Texo DSI are leading the way in this type of opportunity, as well as developing cutting-edge future technology in autonomous flight through close work with Heriot-Watt University.
