Starting in Witham in June, quickly followed by a visit to Blyth, the TEXO Roadshow made a stop in Aberdeen in August, offering employees a comprehensive overview of TEXO’s history, current projects, and future plans. From exploring our diverse range of services to understanding how different divisions collaborate, the events have provided valuable insights for staff at all levels. The Roadshows have not only been informative but have also fostered open communication and collaboration among employees. The Q&A sessions have provided opportunities for staff to ask questions, share ideas, and gain a deeper understanding of their role within the company.
