You will:

  • Generate new business opportunities with prospective clients by targeting all sectors above
  • Active monitoring of tender websites and portals to identify opportunities
  • Build a strong pipeline of relevant opportunities to deliver against sales targets and ensure KPI’s are met
  • Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of our services by working closely with our operational and technical managers
  • Attend events to network and create leads
  • Manage CRM
  • Delivering continuous improvement in bid materials and processes


  • 3 years + experience within a similar role
  • Knowledge of the UAV & surveying industry is ESSENTIAL
  • PfCO holder would be desirable.
  • Previous Experience of preparing Bids/ Tenders is a must
  • Proven ability to identify and develop new business
  • Ability to quickly appreciate key client requirements and constraints from PQQ and ITT literature
  • Understanding of public procurement and OJEU processes is desirable but not essential
  • An exceptional eye for detail ‘Is able to consistently deliver ‘right first time’
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build good relationships
  • Good sense of fun and humour, wants to actively contribute to building a brilliant, caring culture

This role can be full or part time & is based out Texo DSI HQ in Essex, with occasional travel to Texo Group HQ in Aberdeen
